The first time I buy an app without evaluating it first, and wouldnt you know, it has an easily reproducible (OS X 10.8.2) crash: just go to the pill log and try to update a missing value in the "Dose" column by double clicking the associated blank field in the log. This leaves me with the impression that the developer routinely releases updates to the code base without performing even the most superficial of QA checks. Beyond this, a major usability issue for me is that there is no easy way (hint: set scheduled time window to +/- 720 minutes), and perhaps no way, to group unscheduled medications, because the group function is based on times instead of bottes. This makes it impossible, or at least very difficult) to accommodate cases in which two medications may be taken at any time, but must be taken together.
